Planting
Plants provided are 40-60cm bare root saplings - available for planting between November and April. This hedge would be ideal for garden boundaries and more woodland areas. It will provide a more natural feel rather than a formal hedge and is best kept away from paths due to the prickly nature of some of the plants.

We recommend planting 3 plants per metre in a single row or 5 plants per metre in a double staggered row for a more dense screen. To give you an indication of the quantity of plants required for a double-row hedge:

10m Hedge: 50 plants
20m Hedge: 100 plants
50m Hedge: 250 plants
100m Hedge: 500 plants
