Each pack contains up to six complementary native species, chosen for their flowers, berries, foliage colour, and reliable performance. All plants are supplied as 40โ60 cm bare root hedging, ready for planting between November and April.

Species Notes Hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) Dense foliage provides excellent cover; leaves turn yellow then russet-brown in autumn. Highly tolerant of heavy clay soils. Hazel (Corylus avellana) Bears yellow catkins in February, one of the earliest pollen sources for bees; produces edible hazelnuts in autumn. Dogwood (Cornus sanguinea) Native shrub with small white flowers, dark berries, and striking red winter stems. Wayfaring Tree (Viburnum lantana) Dense upright growth with fragrant flowers, berries, and attractive autumn foliage. Crab Apple (Malus sylvestris) Nectar-rich blossom for pollinators; fruits eaten by birds and mammals. Spindle (Euonymus europaeus) Pretty pink flowers, vivid autumn colour, and excellent insect habitat.
