Appointments typically last between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of your project. This allows plenty of time to view trees, discuss your requirements, and receive tailored advice.

We have a small selection of potted trees available at the nursery that can be taken away during your visit. Most of our trees — especially bare root stock — are lifted to order or sourced through our trusted British growing partners. At Bowhayes Trees, we pride ourselves on supplying only the strongest, healthiest trees, whether grown on-site or carefully selected from other leading UK nurseries. No — appointments are free, and there’s no obligation to purchase. Our team is happy to offer guidance, planting suggestions, and recommendations to help you choose the right trees for your project.

Yes please! Bringing photos of your site, a planting plan, or rough measurements will help us give you the most relevant advice and ensure we recommend the best species, sizes, and planting layout for your space.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by phone on 01404 812229 or email contact@bowhayestrees.co.uk. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch. Orders can usually be cancelled before they are shipped.
