Placing an order with Bowhayes Trees is simple. Browse our online shop, add your chosen trees, shrubs, or hedging to your basket, and proceed through our secure checkout. We have a small selection of potted trees available at the nursery that can be taken away during your visit. Most of our trees — especially bare root stock — are lifted to order or sourced through our trusted British growing partners.

At Bowhayes Trees, we pride ourselves on supplying only the strongest, healthiest trees, whether grown on-site or carefully selected from other leading UK nurseries. If you’re hoping to collect trees during your visit, please get in touch ahead of time so we can check availability or prepare a quote.

No — appointments are free, and there’s no obligation to purchase. Our team is happy to offer guidance, planting suggestions, and recommendations to help you choose the right trees for your project.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by phone on 01404 812229 or email contact@bowhayestrees.co.uk. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch. Orders can usually be cancelled before they are shipped.

We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard or PayPal. Payments are securely processed through our website. We do not currently accept American Express.

Yes please! Bringing photos of your site, a planting plan, or rough measurements will help us give you the most relevant advice and ensure we recommend the best species, sizes, and planting layout for your space.
