Description
This medium-sized Blueberry flowers during spring and attracts an abundance of wildlife. The Northland flowers are followed by sweet, juicy, small berries from July to August. The berries are great for eating and cooking and for making pies, muffins and jams.
Planting Position
This Blueberry is a hardy addition, suitable for patios and small spaces and is often planted in courtyards, cottage gardens and informal gardens. The Northland will do well in sheltered areas in full sun to partial shade and moist but well-drained soil.
AftercareThe Northland requires little maintenance. However, if necessary, prune dead, diseased, damaged, congested or crossing shoots after the blooming period. Water only if the compost feels dry.
